FP&A Executive (Property / Real Estate)

• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
• Support strategic planning with financial models and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate management reports for leadership and group consolidation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Assist with system testing and improvement of financial planning tools.

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of financial analysis experience in Property/Real estate industry.
• Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
• Familiar with group reporting systems.
