  • Lead the team in marketing and growing the property finance business in Asia Pacific
  • Oversee end-to-end deal execution and documentation
  • Lead internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal and compliance departments
  • Review credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos
  • Lead the team in monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in Asia Pacific
Job Requirements
  • University graduate in real estate, business, finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years' experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund
  • Understanding of the real estate market in Asia with good credit sense
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proactive and able to problem-solve
  • Strong leadership potential with a positive attitude
  • Well organised with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
