What the role is:Project title: Improve and streamline Record Management tracking through automation This project aims to modernise the Division's records management system by automating manual tracking processes, reducing administrative burden and improving data accuracy through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation.What you will be working on:The intern will work closely with Record Management officers to analyze the existing manual records tracking processes and identify key operational challenges especially repetitive work being performed.
