What the role is:Project title: Improve and streamline Record Management tracking through automation This project aims to modernise the Division's records management system by automating manual tracking processes, reducing administrative burden and improving data accuracy through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation.What you will be working on:The intern will work closely with Record Management officers to analyze the existing manual records tracking processes and identify key operational challenges especially repetitive work being performed. The intern will get to work with the records team and ISTD (Govt-Tech) to help implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and support user testing of automated solutions so as to streamline existing workflows, enhancing overall operational efficiency.What we are looking for:- RPA Skill (familiar with UiPath is an advantage) - Programming languages / Database skills - MS Excel - Good communication skill - Meticulous to detailAbout Ministry of Manpower:Championing Human Potential for a Thriving Singapore Singaporeans are at the heart of what we do.
