
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Board Secretariat, Records and Knowledge Management)

- Event Organisation - assist in the organisation of Board events, which may include meetings, retreats, etc.
- Stakeholder Management - assist in the management of Board members, which may include the on and off-boarding of Board members, coordination of attendance, etc.
- Administration – assist in Records and Knowledge management activities which may include meetings, reports generation, activity tracking, etc.
- Be responsible for the timely documentation of work completed.
- Any other tasks/projects as assigned
- Trained in any discipline. Minimum Diploma
- New Graduates are welcome to apply. Individuals with some working experience or up to two years’ experience will be advantageous.
- Good stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
- Good organisational, planning and execution abilities.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, a good team player who can work independently.

- Maximum $4200 (Salary will commensurate with experience)
