Our products range from card acceptance and alternative payment methods to the card issuance and wallets, as well as integrated FX and lending workflow solutions for eCommerce and ePOS.The Product Management team within Merchant Solutions is responsible for driving & leading Product Management, develop a world-class product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Manage end-to-end product development. Lead and inspire a customer-centric and data-driven product culture.Your skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar coursesMore than 1 years in a regional/global corporate bank or cash management business product roleProfound product management skills & toolsHighly structured and capable to follow and adhere to timelines.Technical / software / product background would be an essentialBasic understanding of Payment Acceptance useful but not a requirement – you will learn as you move.Excellent communication skills with outspoken/proactive personality, good networker internally and towards external partiesA fast and flexible learnerYour key responsibilities:Positioning and messaging product capabilities & delivery roadmaps; align with product/sales commercialisation strategy.Work with group and country teams to improve product positioning and fulfilment to improve client and internal stakeholders experience.and on the product portfolio and deployment-to-market by working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.Gather and Manage product feedback though survey from Market research and intelligence Feedback to Product Design, monitor, and report on critical KPIs.Identify, Validate, and manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required.Manage multiple stakeholder requirements and determine how this feeds back to the product roadmap and backlog.Identify Local Business practices and requirements w.r.t markets identified for Merchant Solution APAC Expansion.Voice of the customer and Demand-gen marketing campaigns to develop and implement for Merchant Solution products.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
