- Collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to plan campaigns that meet business objectives, grow our social media community and drive brand preference.
- Managing content production from end to end.
- Track paid media campaigns and measure content effectiveness across relevant metrics.
- Providing guidance on the visual style, tone of voice and execution of digital media.
- Tracking and analysing performance, and providing recommendations on areas to improve.
- Establishing relationships across the Bank with those who build, deploy and/or use social content including marketing, product, engineering, and business intelligence teams.
- Managing relationships with social media partners and external agencies to deliver industry leading campaigns.
- Degree/Diploma in business, marketing, communications or related fields.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media, preferably in content development and campaign management.
- An existing portfolio of work.
- Understanding of various types of social media content - for example interviews, infographics, reels, podcasts, people stories etc.
- You must be able to think out of the box, work independently and is meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Positive and energetic team player.
- Hands-on and curious to experiment on social media. Need to be an active social media user.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sproutsocial)
- Good knowledge in different aspects of digital and social media. Expert user in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube.
- Good communication and written skills with proficiency in English Language (proficiency in other languages will be advantageous). You also need to be comfortable in presenting in a group setting.
- Good time and people management skill.
