What the role is:We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who is resourceful and collaborative to join the CEA Corporate Development team.What you will be working on:The role encompasses the following key responsibilities: Procurement • Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including the preparation of GeBIZ documents, evaluation of procurement submissions and management of the GeBIZ system and related contracts administrative fees. • Provide guidance on procurement matters to divisions and share best procurement practices at organisation-wide platforms. • Maintain and align internal procurement processes and controls with Government Instruction Manuals and internal policies. • Ensure proper procurement documentation, including monitoring procurement approvals, contract expiry dates and tracking procurement related risk indicators. • Liaise with internal and external auditors on procurement related audits. Office Management • Manage the office renovation project, monitor timelines and budgets and coordinate with contractors and consultants. • Oversee daily office maintenance and coordinate with term contractors for regular maintenance. • Manage facility maintenance leases and contracts, energy consumption and utilities. • Manage security systems and handle facility related emergencies. You may be involved in any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.What we are looking for:
  • Good understanding of Government procurement processes and office management practices. • Meticulous with good numerical and data analysis skills. • Good writing and communication skills. • Positive and self-motivated. • Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge and experience with GeBIZ, NFS@Gov and/or Fi@Gov will be advantageous.
