
Talent Acquisition Intern - FTE/Campus Recruitment (Spring 2026)

- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience and interest in the position.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Try to ensure good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates along the hiring process.
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
- Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
