Talent Acquisition Intern - FTE/Campus Recruitment (Spring 2026)

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience and interest in the position.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
• Try to ensure good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates along the hiring process.

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
• Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
• Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
