- Maintenance of financial records and statements relating to payments, claims, refunds and grants • Process invoices, payments, claims, refunds and grants • Perform bank and refund reconciliations • Assist with customer and internal stakeholder queries on areas relating to AP, claims, refunds and grants • Participate in systems implementation • Generation of information and reports from NFS@Gov for business units • Provide fundamental/basic analysis on payments, claims and refunds • Provide covering for payroll processing and accounts receivable work when required
- Any Professional Qualification, but those with accounting/finance qualifications would be considered favourably • Preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience • Self-starter, independent and good problem-solver
