- Oversee the Centa Coupling product line of the business.
- Lead a team of customer service and application engineers.
- Handle P&L, transactions, and warehousing activities.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
- Improve processes, enhance customer support, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct product training and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure alignment with company values and effective communication with the sales director.
- 5 years or more experience in technical and sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to manage teams and oversee business operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
