Manage calendars, schedule meetings, preparing reports and handling of administrative tasks for the section / department.
Assist in data extraction, generation of performance reports, not limited to Balance Scorecards, and monitoring of key performance indicators for the section / department.
Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Manage the on-boarding administrative works for new staff and off-boarding of resignee of the section / department.
Organize and coordinate section/ department meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Perform any other administrative duties to support the section/ department.
