Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Support the Commercial Manager in developing and implementing commercial strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
Prepare and review contracts and agreements
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize operations and improve efficiency
Assist in monitoring financial performance and implementing cost control measures
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in the maritime industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Willingness to travel as required
Experience in shipyard is added advantage
