You’ll handle registrations, payments, and scheduling, and help students and parents with basic enquiries. You’ll also support the team with backend tasks to keep operations smooth. If you're reliable, organised, and able to handle details well, this role could be a great fit.Front Desk & Customer SupportGreet parents and students in person and over the phoneAnswer enquiries clearly and politelyGuide parents through registration, trial bookings, and payment processScheduling & CoordinationHelp with class scheduling and updatesAssist with rescheduling and cancellationsCoordinate make-up classes and keep attendance records up to dateAdmin & RecordsMaintain accurate student records and fee payment statusPrepare simple reports when needed (e.g. attendance, billing summaries)Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative dutiesTeam SupportWork closely with teachers and managers to support centre needsAssist with logistics (e.g. preparing materials, printing worksheets)Keep the front desk area tidy and organisedRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.Proven experience in sales, enrolment management or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Work Location & Schedule:Rostered across our outlets (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan)Option 1: 4 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) and 1 weekend (8:30am–6:30pm)Option 2: 3 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) and 2 weekends (8:30am–6:30pm)Our Culture: We value people who are collaborative, supportive, take initiative, and have a strong team spirit.
