- Able to liaise and negotiate with suppliers & contractors related to projects
- To prepare quotation for projects
- To keep track of Variation Orders
- Attend site meetings
- Able to evaluate tender submission
- Awarding of contracts
- Keep track of final account and variation orders
- Prepare contract administration for client, consultants, sub- contractor
- Able to assist contract quantity take offs, estimation, cost planning and forecast budgeting.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors
- Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers
- Carry out other Contracts administration activities.
- Sourcing of materials and obtaining quotations for evaluation
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer .
- Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
