- Manage and implement all aspects of HR including manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and change management initiatives that supports business and line management in achieving organisational goals; • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and selection; • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities and issues and co-create solutions in support of business goals • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on HR policies and processes, and co-ordinate the resolution of HR policy-related issues. • Conduct job analysis and evaluation for new and existing roles using established job grading methodologies to ensure equity and consistency across departments
