• Support in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective AML program that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Monitor and analyze transactions and customer activities to identify and investigate potential money laundering risks and suspicious activities
• Conduct due diligence on high risk customers including ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure consistent application across the organization
• Assist in the preparation and submission of timely and accurate regulatory reports, including suspicious activity reports (SARs) and other required filings
• Keep updated of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization's policies and procedures are up to date
• Address regulator and audit queries

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in compliance
• Strong knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective controls
