The CompanyWe are seeking a skilled Legal & Compliance Manager to join our client, a well-established Private Equity firm on a 6 month contract.The RoleAs a Legal & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Executing deal closing documents, including notarization and legalization in specific jurisdictions.
Attending internal board meetings and prepare resolutions and minutes.
Liaising with Corporate Secretaries on filing matters and act as the designated contact person for MAS correspondences.
Coordinating the notarization and legalization of corporate documents and KYC
Preparing, review, and submit MAS surveys on a quarterly basis.
Ensuring adherence to internal compliance policies and assist in their periodic review.
Supporting with investor onboarding process while ensuring compliance with due diligence guidelines.
Proactively participate in the setup of new structures, such as Variable Capital Companies.
Working closely with IT provider to enhance IT controls and analyze the company's IT needs.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
