
HR Analytics & Process Specialist

- Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate HR reporting and data processes.
- Support data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation using Alteryx.
- Collaborate with HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) to understand reporting needs and identify automation opportunities.
- Streamline and improve recurring HR reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Develop data pipelines to integrate various HR data sources (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Payroll systems) using Alteryx.
- Implement and maintain HR dashboards and self-service reporting tools in collaboration with HRIS and analytics teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflow logic.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Partner with IT, HRIS, and Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
- Train HR stakeholders on new reporting tools, processes, and data best practices, as needed.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, or HR analytics.
- Experience using Alteryx for workflow development, data automation, or process improvement is highly desirable.
- Exposure to implementing or supporting HR systems, reporting tools, or process automation within HR functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, recruitment, performance management).
- Comfortable working with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
