  • Provide expert direction and advisory subject matter expertise for the completion of complex solutions and deal structures, alongside execution of high-quality service to our customers across all segments
  • Drive from Ideation to origination to Execution of structured working capital solutions for our key clients, directly responsibility of Structured trade revenue growth
  • Communicate new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers, as well as co-creating structured solutions with customers and country teams
  • Identify of opportunities in structured working capital solutions space, including assessing any gaps in current offerings, and ensuring these are developed
  • Devise plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increasing revenue for existing ones
  • Drive business growth focusing on industry groups & sectors, corridors, strategic priorities, etc. Leading initiatives such as sales enablement and Global Trade Solutions(GTS) penetration across the region
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
  • Build a robust knowledge base by documenting and analysing deals won and lost, extracting lesson learned, and creating replicable frameworks for future opportunities
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in structuring complex Credit & Lending or GTS deals
  • Strong knowledge of macro trends and industry groups dynamics in a continuously evolving external environment
  • Extensive Origination to execution experience with direct P&L responsibility
  • Experience of leading / working with and motivating a team, especially multiple locations
