
Digital Transformation Intern

- Assist in structuring cadences and rolling out Customer Experience & Commercial Transformation initiatives and KPIs across the regions
- Contribute to Sales & Marketing Automation efforts, including lead scoring, campaign nurturing, and CRM optimization
- Support the Augmented Salesforce program by focusing on Agentic AI (Onboarding our sales people, helping them prepare a visit, or close a deal)
- Help document and visualize customer journeys and digital engagement flows using internal tools and dashboards
- Identify and document business oriented use cases for each technology, AI and tools (Why using those, when, where, how and for what results), with a particular focus on Sales people
- Drive the overall adoption of all our initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing and related fields
- Strong interest in digital transformation, customer engagement, and AI technologies
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
