- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding;
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and employee-related matters;
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices;
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture;
- Oversee learning and development needs analysis, training budget administration, and course coordination;
- Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation; analyse data to support insights-driven decision-making;
- Support general office administration, including workspace planning, travel arrangements, procurement, and other operational support functions.
- Tertiary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to HR strategy;
- Strong familiarity with local employment regulations and compliance requirements;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
