This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Senior Manager, Fund Corporate SecretarialKey responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining the full spectrum of company secretarial duties and being responsible for statutory compliance works
  • Compliance with provision in the Singapore Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing, and corporate governance
  • Streamline all workflow processes to ensure prompt and professional service rendered to all parties
  • Liaising with the accounting team, management, and clients
  • Monitoring and co-ordinating with the Agents in relation to the offshore entities i.e. Cayman, BVI, and others
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes
  • Drafting and preparing documents i.e., Directors' Resolutions and other relevant documents for the clients
  • Responsible for obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Key requirements:
  • Corporate assignments knowledge in Singapore and other jurisdictions
  • Pursuing the qualification of Chartered Secretary (ICSA) would be an added advantage
  • Min of 4-6 years' experience in handling a portfolio independently
  • Experience in handling fund administration will be an added value
  • High professional integrity and maturity
  • Good communication skills and tactful
  • Meticulous attention to fine details and ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Independent, self-motivated, and has initiatives
  • Ability to organise and prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player
