Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems.We are currently seeking a Risk Compliance Senior Associate to provide onboarding support in the area of risk management and compliance for our clients.The successful candidate will be given opportunities to develop both their soft and technical skills, be involved in departmental or cross line of service project and communicate with internal stakeholders of all levels be part of a dynamic team and organisation.How will you value-add?Provide advice to clients and engagement teams as a risk consultant with regards to internal policy and procedures, external regulations and contractual mattersDevelop and / or update practice aids and tools to assist practitioners in their service delivery to external clientsLead and roll-out various risk and quality–related initiativesPlan, design and implement new risk management initiatives with a view for efficiency with the use of technologyProvide external and internal review supportOversee risk management related quality management monitoring processes as part of quality control proceduresResponsible for the full onboarding support for our new clientsAbout youUniversity DegreeMust have at least 3 years of experience of risk management / compliance experience in a similar roleClient oriented and experience in managing a portfolio of clients is preferredExcellent project management skillsAbility to learn and deliver timely and quality results to external and internal stakeholdersPossesses a high level of resilience and positive work attitudeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAn excellent team player, who possesses the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staffEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
