Build and Implement Strategic Business Improvement Plan Support Leaders to work with direct and cross-functional teams to plan global strategic direction of supply assurance for Assembly and Test manufacturing sites Support development of strategic plan for global equipment supply assurance, manage the implementation of improvement strategies and lead in the resolution of any supply constraints or issues, including escalation management. Build consensus on strategic plan and refine (as required) Provide insights and drive on procurement initiatives and productivity improvement Collaborate with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers on Supply Assurance Strategies Build and maintain expertise in Supply Assurance through relationships with internal partners, suppliers, and industry trends Ensure requirements are met with compliance to Company global process Provide advice to senior and executive management on strategic decisions related to supply assurance Developing the whole-person by providing coaching, feedback and avenues to grow. Ability to tell a story to engage an audience and influence decisions, behaviors or opinions. Ability to find opportunities to harness technology's potential to drive better business outcomes Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in equipment management Minimum of 2years experience in leading a team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP ERP applications Proven agility to embrace changes and navigate through ambiguity
