Supply Chain ManagementGeneral Summary:Leverages an understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and procedures (e.g., demand metrics, supply levels, customer pushout) to analyze, report, and resolve supply planning activities. Monitors the schedule, and scope of product(s). Manages the demand signal by using the Demand Statement and other reports to plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of material through the manufacturing production cycle.Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

8+ years of Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience.

Responsibilities:Run weekly supplier calls focused on supply commitments and cycle time adherence.Schedule and review supply planning in MRP system, review commits back from our suppliers and own the supply of your portfolio from point of purchase to finished goods ship.Partner with Program Management, Sales Operations, Supply Operations, Global capacity planning, Sourcing, Finance, Business Operations to understand demand profiles, product life cycles, and business model strategies.Communicate regularly between functional teams, ensuring that all groups are informed of gaps to supply.Manage customer signals for sudden pull in, push out, upside demand.Collaborate with supply chain teams, including Global capacity planning and Asia Operations to highlight help needed areas that pertain to execution of supply planning.Build efficiency and automation into your process and disseminate to your peers.Potentially lead a team of program analysts focused on Supply Chain execution.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

7+ years of Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:Ability to manage a team.Rapid Response experience preferred but not required.Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.Ability to give and receive instruction and possess strong attention to detail.MRP-based planning experience a plus.Adaptability to a challenging and changing environmentSemiconductor end to end process background with a technical understanding of front end wafer fabrication, sort, assembly, and test process preferred.Industry or academic experience in operations/supply chain planning. Experience with MS office programs (particularly excel) required.Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong decision making and comfort in making sound data based recommendations.Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Masters, Business Administration and/or industrial & production Engineering.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
