We operate a global network of digital and logistics solutions to remove complexity for our customers and create long-lasting relationships built on trust.We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day Warehousing & Distribution operations for a key Life Sciences & Healthcare customer in Singapore. This position is responsible for delivering operational performance and excellence ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.This role will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure all customer and operational requirements are effectively met.Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily warehousing and distribution activities to ensure operational
productivity, KPIs and service levels are met or exceed.
  • Lead a cross-functional team across warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, quality and customs.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GxP, ISO standards, and other Life Sciences & Healthcare regulations.
  • Manage and optimize cold chain processes and infrastructure to meet product handling requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the key operational contact for the customer, ensuring smooth communication, quick issue resolution, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead customer operational performance reviews and business meetings to monitor satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Understand evolving customer needs and proactively offer value-added solutions.
Cost & Resource Management
  • Drive operational productivity, continuous improvement efficiency and cost control initiatives.
  • Lead resource planning and management
  • Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Stakeholder & People Management
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders - commercial, finance, IT, Quality, Customs, HR, and leadership.
  • Manage staffing, training, and performance of operational teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and delivering performance.
  • Process review, Improvement & Compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, service quality, and safety.
  • Ensure documentation and SOPs are updated and aligned with audit requirements.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits (quality, regulatory, and customer).

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distributions operations,
  • Prior experience in Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse automation, WMS, and cold chain logistics.
  • Demonstrable understanding of performance management, P&L management and financial reporting.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
