- Developing and executing a strategy to drive partner-initiated pipeline and accelerate thru-partner business growth in collaboration with APJ Partner Ecosystems leadership
- Establishing joint marketing plans with clear objectives, metrics, and outcomes, while scaling Thru-Distribution programs for the commercial market segment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level leaders at Zscaler's top partner organizations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, channel, alliance, and enablement teams to create go-to-market strategies aligned with regional goals
- Implementing a scalable planning, budgeting, and reporting model to measure and optimize partner marketing performance across campaigns and investments
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing within B2B technology companies
- Proven experience across the partner ecosystem, including Solution Providers, GSIs, Technology Alliances, Service Providers, Hyperscalers, and Distributors
- Demonstrated success in creating integrated partner demand-generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, ROI, targets, and analysis, with the ability to drive results across multiple functions
- Proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment
