We're looking for a HR Executive/Senior Executive to manage the HR operations focusing on employment contract management as well as providing support for the annual promotion and tenure processes for the faculty population at the University. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our HR processes.Responsibilities:Support HR operations in Faculty matters related to Appointment, Reappointment, Job Changes and Promotion in alignment with University’s policies and guidelines.Ensure letters applicable to job changes are prepared accurately and issued timely to employeesEnsure data accuracy in updates of all entries in HR Information SystemCoordinate activities in supporting University-level meetings related to Faculty Promotion and Tenure exercisesEnsure tasks and enquiries undertaken are resolved and completed in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA)Participate in projects and process reviewsCollaborate and build good working relationships with stakeholders within the UniversityRequirementsDiploma in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 4 years of experience, ORDegree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 2 years of experienceExcellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independentlyAble to handle high volume of transactional workStrong writing skillsGood understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislationProficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-setWorking knowledge with Workday is advantageousWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
