
SEA L&D Manager

- Partner with BU and/or country leaders to understand business strategy and identify capability gaps
- Co-develop learning strategies and initiatives that support workforce transformation and talent development
- Lead learning needs analysis and performance consulting for assigned business units and/or country
- Customize and deploy enterprise L&D programs to ensure contextual relevance and business fit
- Lead, manage and support the rollout and delivery of L&D programs as program manager and as lead facilitator or trainer
- Work closely with the SEA L&D COE and SEA Learning Operations & Technology to implement consistent standards and practices
- Track, evaluate, and report on learning effectiveness and business impact metrics
- Advocate for the adoption of new learning technologies and tools, including AI-driven and digital learning solutions
- Support change management and communications for L&D initiatives
- Develop diverse, high-performing people and teams through new and meaningful development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks.
- Understand and lead the execution of key objectives and priorities for internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Align your team to key objectives as well as set clear priorities and direction.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years' experience in L&D, talent development, or HR business partnering, preferably in a regional or multi-BU role
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Proven experience as an instructional designer in a corporate setting (preferred)
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Agile, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset
