Senior/Facilities Engineer (3PL)

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure high operational standards and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for cold room refrigeration systems, chillers, HVAC, electrical distribution, and building facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
• Proven experience in cold room logistics, refrigeration systems, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on leadership experience managing a small team.
