Lead the strategic direction, design, and delivery of experiential programmes that blend technology, innovation, and community engagement. Drive alignment with institutional goals, national education priorities, and industry trends.Team & Operational Oversight
Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration. Oversee programme execution, governance, and operational effectiveness to deliver high-quality student and stakeholder experiences.Stakeholder and Partnership Management
Deepen and expand strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, alumni, donors, and government agencies to co-create opportunities for student learning, fundraising, and scale-up innovation. Manage and grow a portfolio of ~20 active partners.Financial Stewardship
Oversee annual programme budgets ranging from S$150,000 to S$250,000, ensuring judicious use of resources and long-term sustainability. Identify new funding streams and contribute to donor stewardship strategies.Engagement & Communication Strategy
Lead outreach and engagement strategies that connect with 500–800 students annually. Collaborate with marcomms and digital teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase student impact and institutional commitment to social innovation.Impact Evaluation & Reporting
Establish and oversee robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess programme outcomes. Drive data-informed decision making, prepare impact reports, and manage disbursement of scale-up grants to student-led initiatives.Event Leadership
Provide executive oversight for flagship events such as the annual Impact Showcase, pitching competitions, and fundraising campaigns—ensuring strategic visibility and alignment with university priorities.Requirements & ProfileA Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Innovation, or related fields is preferred.At least 12 years of progressive experience in programme management, higher education leadership, social innovation, or talent development.Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at scale.Excellent strategic planning and project execution skills, with experience managing complex stakeholder environments.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, and to influence outcomes through partnerships and donor engagement.Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic, corporate, and social sectors.Deep commitment to student development, social impact, and innovation in education.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
