Take instructions from legal counsel
Support legal counsel in meetings with Business Units and contract negotiations with external parties
Assist to review contracts
Assist to prepare contracts and other templates / forms
Conduct due diligence on contracts
Assist to prepare corporate secretarial documents
Compile a Group trademark register
Legal research and drafting of research memos
Assist in any other ad-hoc legal and corporate secretarial matters that may be required from time to time;

Requirements:

Must have a law degree or currently pursuing a law degree
Interested in building and understanding the relationships between business units and the legal team
Outstanding attention to detail
Solutions oriented and can work under pressure
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and grow with the business
