Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to assist with legal compliance and decision-making.
Document Review and Drafting: Assist in the review and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, corporate policies, and other legal agreements.
Corporate Governance: Support CEO office in maintaining and ensuring the organization's compliance with corporate governance requirements and policies.
Legal Administration: Provide administrative support, including maintaining legal files, scheduling meetings, and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to support company initiatives and projects.

Requisites

LLB or equivalent: You should be a law student or recent law school graduate with a strong academic record.
Legal Research Skills: Proficiency in legal research using both online resources and databases.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of the organization.

Internship Duration: minimum of 10 weeks (full time) on hybrid (onsite and WFH) basis (Starting May 2024 to July 2024)Application InstructionsOnly Singaporeans or PRs are eligible to apply.
