Please visit our website:Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies across Asia. This role ensures competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with global frameworks while addressing local market needs.Strategic Total Rewards Leadership
- Develop and execute regional total rewards strategies aligned with global HR and business goals.
- Lead compensation and benefits planning for annual cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus programs, equity plans).
- Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on pay competitiveness, retention, and reward optimization.
- Design and manage compensation structures, job grading, and benchmarking using tools like Mercer, Radford, or Aon.
- Oversee benefits programs across countries (e.g., health, insurance, retirement, wellness), ensuring market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead regional benefits vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations across all countries in the region.
- Maintain internal controls and audit readiness for compensation and benefits programs.
- Support M&A activities by integrating total rewards programs and conducting due diligence.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on pay equity, cost modeling, and program effectiveness.
- Partner with country HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for all total rewards-related matters in Asia.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a regional Asia role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and regulatory environments across Asia.
- Experience working with global vendors and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Mercer surveys).
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
