
Project Manager

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of commercial and specialized interior projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions balancing both aesthetics and functionality.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of system furniture or fit-out projects, including design development, procurement, installation, and handover.
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction, support, and effective communication to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, costs, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges and risks throughout each project's lifecycle.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations, as well as internal quality standards.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to both internal stakeholders and clientsKey qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management related to system furniture or furniture fit-outs, preferably in commercial and multidisciplinary settings.
- Proven track record in delivering projects within budget, on schedule, and to the client's specifications.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, site supervision, and contract administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with diverse client profiles.
- Solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail, quality, and client experience.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant discipline is an advantage.
