- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts and issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage and track project expenses, forecasts, and cash flows
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent and functionality
- Lead project meetings, reporting progress to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfactionKey Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Professional certification (PRISM, PMP, RICS) highly regarded
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the Singapore built industry
