We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.Job DescriptionThe Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager or the Head of Project Management and Site Integration. In this role, you will support and take responsibility for assigned projects by:
  • Working together with project team members to meet the technical and commercial targets set by management.
  • Supporting the execution of the project plan within the agreed schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Liaising with project team members, stakeholders, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers.
  • Updating the Project Manager or steering committee on project progress.
  • Carrying out activities in line with the BEUMER Group Management System (BGMS) during the project execution phase.
  • Preparing and delivering project and system documentation according to BEUMER Group standards.
  • Participating in project meetings with team members, customers, consultants, and sub-suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, site management, and QHSE teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Assisting in managing third-party equipment delivery and logistics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering
  • Fresh graduates welcomed. 1 to 3 years of project experience, with a proven track record of hands-on experience as a project engineer / functional lead for a material handling system project preferred.
  • Project management experience and proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Projects or Primavera) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation skills, and teamwork.
  • Organized, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Strong interest in the automation industry. Training will be provided.
