Engineer Design Project Manager

- As the project manager, determines scope, complexity and planning/scheduling requirements of projects
- Assigns department personnel to provide engineering and technical support and determines personnel needed with most appropriate individual qualifications
- Prepares manpower and cost estimates of department as required
- Prepares regular and special reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations
- Participate in preparation and delivery of sales presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of all IPS and client information at all times, in accordance with IPS directives.
- Coordinates all disciplines amongst the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/relevant degree.
- Prefarably 10 to 15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Project Delivery or a related discipline working on projects within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential.
- Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and strong work ethic. Must be able to build a report with department staff.ogressive ability, capacity and aptitude in administration to plan, organise, supervise, coordinate technical work and obtain cooperation from others.
- Ability to work on own initiative in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
