About the job Luxury Retail Associate / Supervisor (Bags/Shoes/Accessories)We are seeking results-driven sales professionals to join a globally renowned luxury brand.Supervisor Opportunity: Candidates with 3-5 years of luxury retail, store operations and supervisory experience will be considered for a Supervisor position.Job Highlights:

5-Day Work Week (1 weekend off)
$2,500 - $4,500 basic + Commission + Fixed Allowance + AWS (commensurate with experience)
Prime location, direct MRT access
Full Time Employment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised service to create an exceptional shopping experience
Drive sales and meet store targets
Maintain visually stunning merchandise display
Manage inventory and stock organisation
Assist in sales reporting and performance tracking

Job Requirement:

At least 1 year of fast fashion retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
Effectively bilingual to communicate with Mandarin Speaking clientele
Well-groomed, customer-focused and fashion-savvy
Strong communication and people skills
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology
Ability to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
