- 📞 Hunt & Prospect: Proactively source and qualify leads through cold calling (40-50+ calls/day), strategic emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn, Lusha). You build your pipeline.
- 🎯 Pitch & Demo: Run high-impact discovery calls and engaging product demos that clearly communicate value and solve real customer pain points.
- ✍️ Close & Win: Handle objections, navigate negotiations, and consistently hit or exceed your monthly targets (sales activities, demos booked, and quotas).
- 🗂️ Maintain CRM Excellence: Meticulously track all sales activities. Your pipeline is your business, and it must be kept clean, accurate, and obsessively up-to-date.
- 🤝 Collaborate & Improve: Work with our Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to accelerate deals and shape sales strategy.
