- Conduct KYC reviews on Individual and Corporate clients. Review clients' documentation and perform name screening to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess the compliance of existing accounts. Ensure that customer due diligence information is up-to-date and per regulatory standards.
- Manage and investigate name screening alerts to determine the validity of potential matches and take appropriate actions.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and duties where assigned and ensure the effective discharge of the tasks assigned.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines with no loss of accuracy.
- A proactive and reliable team player but can also work well independently.
- Able to handle repetitive work.
- English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
