Process daily orders, create shipping labels/documents and arrange shipment with logistics partners.2. Track, trace and update statuses of outgoing shipments.3. Arrange marine insurance for shipments.4. Verify invoices, maintain payment records including related verification.5. Attend and reply to customers' enquiries.6. Maintain proper log records of inventory movements and count.7. Liaise with colleagues in China/USA for payments, shipment and related matters.8.
