In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, we also stepped up to conduct safe management operations such as safe distancing services for events and various sites. We will also be engaged in Esprimo Engineers & Constructors Pte Ltd, adding to the spectrum of services that we provide. Esprimo prides itself in its service excellence and high esprit de corps. You can rest assured that our service will be of the highest standard and tailored to your objectives and needs.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

Plan & manage all logistical aspects & events, including catering, transportation etc
Manage procurement for events ensuring best price/service obtained
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution
Assist in venue setup & teardown
Assist in on-site operations including attendee management and registration
Collaborate with internal operations & marketing team on event promotion strategies and materials
Conducting survey and compile statistics
Assist in other events operations and general administration

Requirements:

Diploma in Events Management with at least 2 years relevant working experience
Fresh graduates and those with some working experience in finance, electrical installations are also welcome
Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours and on rest day as and when required
Willing to work within Ubi Crescent Vicinity
Able to commence work within short notice.
