- Bachelor's degree required.
- Deep knowledge of consumer financing schemes, technology products landscape, local channel structures, carrier economics, and offer structures.
- Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, highly adaptable to stakeholders' business priorities.
- Problem solver by nature - exceptional skills in synthesizing and simplifying complex problems, and creating programmatic approach recommendations.
- Ability to design and implement innovative, commercially focused regional/country plans.
- Highly skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of securing buy-in from senior executives externally and internally.
- Proven experience in negotiating large and complex commercial agreements.
- Ability to craft compelling linear narratives, articulate strategic thinking concisely, and deliver impactful and inspiring storytelling.
