Join us as we shape the future of rewards in financial services!Join us as a Director of Technology RecruitmentAs the Director of Technology Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our hyperscaling journey, leveraging your technical recruitment expertise to shape our talent landscape and drive the success of our tech organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, define our location strategy, and ensure we meet our hiring targets by implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies.The Director of Technology Recruitment will partner closely with the CTO, CPO, and senior leaders in our Singapore HQ to support and manage the Talent Acquisition portfolio for our tech organization panning across Singapore, Manila, Ho Chi Minh, Budapest, Warsaw, and US. This position is located in Singapore, it's a hybrid setup at our HQ.Your ImpactExpertise in Tech Recruitment: Utilize your deep tech expertise to lead recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition in software engineering, data science, product management, and other specialized areas.Location Strategy Optimization: Define and implement our location strategy to optimize talent distribution and alignment with business objectives.Diverse Sourcing Methods: Build and manage candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing methods like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Stack Overflow, Google X Ray searching, event attendee lists, etc., for active and passive candidates.Talent Acquisition Strategy: Shape talent acquisition strategies focusing on diversity hiring, talent marketing, and recruitment events to align with organizational goals.Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights through talent mapping, guiding market trend analysis, talent availability assessments, and competitive landscape evaluations.Leadership and Innovation: Demonstrate strategic leadership by driving alignment with company objectives, developing innovative recruitment solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence.Employer Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, leading employer branding initiatives to enhance Ascenda's reputation as an employer of choice.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross functional partners (People Success, Finance, Legal) and stakeholders such as hiring managers, department heads, and c-suite leaders, to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.Leadership and Development: Lead and coach recruiters at all levels, fostering their professional growth and development, and inspiring the recruitment team to achieve excellence.Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on key recruitment metrics and recommendations to enhance recruiting processes and efficiency through data-led decisions.End-to-End Leadership Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership positions, design scalable interview programs, navigate complex compensation structures, and handle offer negotiations.What you bring to the table10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specializing in software engineering, product management, data science, or related fields, with a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in recruitmentBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredProven track record in leading end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and talent landscapes.Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies, diversity hiring, and candidate pipeline managementExcellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsClose alignment with Ascenda's values across Growth Mindset, Hands-On Ownership, Supportive Collaboration and Radical SimplicityWhat matters at Ascenda:We are passionate, we keep things simple, we focus on results, we work together & we innovate!We have a rewarding working place that provides a:High growth environment & exponential career developmentMobile & flexible work environmentWFH office equipment allowance401K program with company matchMedical insurance coverageCompetitive compensationTravel perks & Employee rewardsAscenda is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
