Job DescriptionIndustry/ Organization Type: Construction - Building MaterialsPosition Title: Senior Designer (Façade) /Architectural DesignerWorking Location: Jurong WestWorking Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM)Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWSDuration: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze architectural and structural drawings for tender preparation.Create and coordinate concept, shop, and detailed drawings for review prior to submission.Assist in quantity take-offs for project materials.Coordinate on-site project activities from presentation to completion.Represent the company professionally in meetings.Maintain accurate records of all drawings.Ensure timely compliance with project schedules.Educate and train staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Monitor site safety and health compliance.Report any drawing discrepancies or site issues.Evaluate subcontractor performance based on quality standards.Participate in management meetings and implement directives.Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.APPLY NOW!!!Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in façade design, cladding, curtain walling, and glazing.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM.Strong design and sketching skills.
