Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be part of Human Resources Division, HR Technology Department. He/ She will be part of the team that drives digitalisation and systems rejuvenation across HR functions in the Company.Key Responsibilities(1) HR platform implementation

Support the implementation of Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Talent Management (SPCDP) to overseas stations on SuccessFactors

(2) Other Digital Initiatives

Support the implementation of Staff Travel module roll out to overseas stations on SuccessFactors
Support the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool implementation for Singapore Airlines Academy

(3) Operations

Support SuccessFactor data replication monitoring to SAP ECC and EC Payroll
Support the expense module (SAP Concur) by handling users' query and tickets
Support Access Management related integration and monitoring
Implement digital enhancements by leveraging in-house capabilities, e.g. RPA, Power Apps
Manage HR Division's IT request and provide necessary IT support as a Divisional LIC (local IT coordinator)

Requirements

Possess a Diploma in IT or Engineering (with programming knowledge)
Tech-savvy
Familiar with design thinking
Experience as a Product Owner (PO) or sub-PO in an Agile Squad will be an advantage
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Keen interest and quick to learn new technology
