Job Duties & Responsibilities:Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).Maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing timely service support.Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.Seek and propose sales growth opportunities, and analyze customer data and track territory sales.Gather market intelligence on customers or competitors.Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.Requirements:Degree / Diploma in any relevant field.Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical ethical sector.
