
Order and Logistics Specialist (3 months contract)

- Responsible for order management duties ranging from order entry/ rescheduling/ monitoring of open order status
- Liaise with overseas counterparts on order and logistics related matters
- Serves as a contact point to external / internal stakeholders on order and logistics related matters
- Work closely with overseas and local 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PLPs) on inbound and outbounds activities
- Coordinate with warehouse and customers’ forwarders on shipment collections to ensure timely billing of the orders
- Preparation of shipping documents and ensure that documentation filing is in compliance to local audit and legislative requirements
- Work with forwarders to ensure that export documentation is timely provided upon shipment dispatch from Singapore.
- Timely processing of quarterly stock rotation to ensure that cargo is promptly returned to Sweden
- Verify freight invoices from 3PLPs
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in organizational plans to better support internal and external requirements for future enhancement.
- Prepare miscellaneous reports as and when deem necessary
- Degree/ Diploma holder
- Within 1-3 years experiences in order processing, logistics and international trade preferred
- Experience in working in an international and dynamic environment with a customer-focus work culture
- Good general supply chain knowledge
- Experience in using ERP system is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and IFS system (optional)
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Reliable and conscientious with ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task with focus against priorities
- High levels of self-initiative and self-motivation
- Good organizational skills in terms of both verbally and in written
