  • Act as Lead Functional Consultant/Delivery Manager across multiple customers, shaping optimisation roadmaps and executing within time and priority constraints.
  • Analyse business needs and align NetSuite capabilities to objectives using leading practices, strong product knowledge, and business acumen to realise tangible value.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and adoption across core Financials (GL, AP, AR), facilitating solution/design sessions and validating requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Resolve complex issues by recommending and delivering scalable solutions; manage escalations constructively to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain rolling plans balancing quick wins with structural improvements across concurrent processes.
  • Coordinate small, cross-functional teams; provide direction and mentoring, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with technical and performance experts to guide integrations and performance tuning for optimal customer outcomes.
Core competencies
  • Engagement leadership and governance across a customer portfolio, with clear stakeholder communication and confident facilitation/presentations.
  • Business analysis, discovery, process mapping, and fit-gap to prioritise and design optimal solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong NetSuite functional depth in Financials; awareness of accounting principles and NetSuite's technical framework to partner effectively with technical teams.
  • Planning and prioritisation across multiple workstreams, maintaining momentum under pressure and across simultaneous customers.
Responsibilities snapshot
  • Lead optimisation engagements; own the customer roadmap, scope, and outcomes post-go-live.
  • Guide requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, and adoption; ensure high-quality delivery.
  • coordinate cross-functional delivery for on-time, value-focused results.
  • Manage client communications, risks, and escalations; maintain high CSAT/NPS.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Support, and Product teams for solution integrity and performance.
Experience and qualifications
  • 5+ years NetSuite consulting across implementation and optimisation, including post-go-live environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to run workshops, gather/validate requirements, and deliver complex, multi-workstream solutions.
  • Desirable: exposure to adjacent apps (WMS, planning, eCommerce, CPQ) and practical accounting knowledge.
Location and travel
  • Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia, with travel up to 15% across the region.
